Most of you know me as "Your Pal Pete,” which is a nickname that Lou Brutus gave me way back in the day, a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away. Which, you may ask, which galaxy and how long ago. Well, I’m a proud 94HJY lifer. I’ve bounced around a few other stations, but I’ve never left the mother ship. It really is my Home of Rock and Roll. I started here six months after Paul and Al, and those guys are the Mount Rushmore of radio. You get the picture. I’m a lucky guy. I work at the best radio station on the airwaves with the best people on the planet. When you think about all the crazy creative people who I’ve worked with, and all the rock stars I’ve met because of 94HJY, you can just imagine the stories I can tell. But for me it's all about the music, and quite honestly it’s about you. When I’m on the air, my goal is to make sure you’re taking the ride of your life, at least for the moment. And I always remember that we’re on the ride together. Plus, I play guitar and bass and just about any musical instrument I can find, so sharing music with you is just what I love to do. Anyway, just enjoy life and do your best. I can't tell you how grateful I am to work at 94HJY, and how grateful I am for all of you, our listeners. Life is a great ride and we have to take care of each other. That's why I always end my shows by saying, "Please take good care of yourselves. Peace."
