This is going to be an AMAZING time capsule! The Rolling Stones 1968 concert film Rock and Roll Circus will be screened on April 1st, 3rd, 4th and 6th in theaters around the country.
The film has been restored from the 35-millimeter original to a high definition audio and visual experience. It was originally conceived as a BBC-TV special and filmed before a live London audience...and the lineup is ASTOUNDING!!!! Joining the Stones' are John Lennon, The Who, Eric Clapton, and....this is crazy....Jethro Tull featuring future Black Sabbath founder and guitarist Tony Iommi! Right now there are a few theaters in Mass. that will be showing this rare flick... if you know anybody in the Rhode Island movie theater biz, tell 'em get signed up and we'll promote the hell out of it on HJY!!!
