I think we can all say we've seen...and maybe even loved the movie "Red Dawn". If you haven't, I'm referring to the 1984 classic with Patrick Swayze, Charlie Sheen and C. Thomas Howell (Lea Thompson and Jennifer Grey were also in the film).
In the film, the crew of high school kids called themselves the "Wolverines". It's odd to see, but an abandoned Russian tank has been tagged with the word "Wolverines" spray painted on it. There's no doubt this is a shout-out to the film. It's just unbelievable we are seeing it in modern day warfare.
