It has worked before, so why shouldn't it work again? That's the way this pub is looking at hiring their next assistant manager!
The Sanddancer South Shields Pub has had some difficulty finding good help (who hasn't?). SO they decided to use a tactic another pub used in order to find their next assistant manager Of course, if you're a "Karen", "Darren", "Debbie Downer" or a "wet wipe" you need not apply! Oh...and when you do apply, don't bring your "friend, dog, or cat" along with you to the interview!
