For the guys in Journey it’s become “Lovin, Touchin’ Suing!” Former lead singer Steve Perry is going to court to stop Journey members Neal Schon and Jonathan Cain from trademarking a bunch of the band's songs for use on hats, T-shirts, and other paraphernalia, it involves songs where he’s credited as at least a co-writer. Those include some of their biggest hits like "Any Way You Want It", "Separate Ways" and, yes, "Lovin', Touchin', Squeezin" A couple years ago a lawsuit over control of the band led Schoen and Cain to fire the longtime drummer and bass player.
