Steven Tyler Officially Named As Defendant In Sexual Assault Lawsuit

Steven Tyler has officially been named as a defendant in a sexual assault case. It stems from his relationship in the 1970's with Julia Holcomb, whose mother he convinced to grant him guardianship in 1973 when she was 16! With California temporarily waiving statutes of limitations for childhood sexual abuse allegations, she has filed a lawsuit against him claiming sexual assault, sexual battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. In the lawsuit she details a year on the road of essentially being used for sex while not providing the education and other support Tyler had promised the mother. Julia also says that Tyler essentially allegedly blackmailed her into getting an abortion after she got pregnant. Read the full story HERE.
