They say that dogs are "man's best friend", but, apparently, man is not dog's best friend. Some dude who got pulled over for allegedly driving drunk put his dog in the driver's seat while the cop was approaching his car and blamed the bad driving on his DOG! Needless to say, the cop didn't buy it. Bad dog owner! Bad!
