One of the Sexual Assault Lawsuits Against Steven Tyler Dismissed

One of the sexual assault lawsuits against Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler from an alleged incident decades ago has been dismissed by a judge. The accuser has until March 13th to amend her claim. Tyler is still facing another sexual assault lawsuit filed in 2022 by Julia Misley, who claimed that Tyler allegedly began assaulting her when she was 16 years old in 1973.
