Previously Unseen Live Nirvana Footage on the Auction Block

Previously unseen live footage of Nirvana is up for auction. It's a 45-minute set the band played way back on Feb. 17,1990, at Iguanas in Tijuana, Mexico. The audio and video footage includes a U.S. Copyright Office Certificate of Registration and is up for bids now through Thursday, 9/25 at the Bonhams website. It's expected to bring in between $100,000 and $150,000.

The auction lot includes the two original master Sony Video 8 tapes of the raw footage plus digital transfers of the footage on a portable SSD hard drive. Check out a brief clip from the concert footage up for bid HERE.
