It was 50 years ago this past Friday, October 31, 1975, that Queen released their iconic operatic rock anthem, "Bohemian Rhapsody." It was the first single off their fourth album, A Night at the Opera, which followed on November 29th, 1975. (The U.S. single was released in December 1975.)

To mark the huge anniversary, Queen has released the first of five more episodes in their  YouTube series, The Greatest. The first one in "The Path to Bohemian Rhapsody." in which Brian May and Roger Taylor look back at two other Freddie Mercury compositions as potential precursors to "Bohemian Rhapsody."
