The late Ace Frehley was known as "Space Ace," so it's only appropriate that there's a campaign to make him an honorary astronaut. Hell, he deservers it more than Katy Perry or Gayle King.

It's been organized by one of his fans, Katherine Sugg, who says, "Paul Daniel 'Ace' Frehley, at the tender age of 21, was brave enough to take one small orange step and one small red step (he showed up for his audition in KISS wearing two different colored sneakers), and make the giant leap into the global phenomenon that we all now know as KISS. And while most of his dreams ended up coming true, at least one did not."
