Calling all mutts and mates! On Saturday, October 19th at 12 pm, the Pawtucket Dog Park Committee presents the Howl-O-Ween Canine Costume Contest. This year’s themes are Decade Doggies, Puppies of the Caribbean, and Homemade Home State. Participation ribbons and goodie bags will be given out to everyone.
