A North Kingstown woman has been sentenced to seven years in prison for the September 2019 drunk driving crash that claimed the life of a woman coming home from a wedding in East Greenwich.
Prosecutors say that Barbara Trojan’s car veered off the road and into the SUV causing to flip over several times.
The victim, Patricia Daniels died at the hospital.
A wrongful death lawsuit has already been filed against the Trojan and the establishment that allegedly served her the alcohol that led to the crash.
