South County Habitat for Humanity is opening applications in April for six affordable homeownership units. Three of the units are new construction and will be built in Hopkinton, just off of Exit 2. The remaining three homes are pre-existing units undergoing renovations and are located in Hopkinton and Westerly. Interested applicants are invited to apply April 1 - 30.
Qualified applicants have a demonstrated need for housing, ability to pay an affordable mortgage, and are willing to partner with Habitat for Humanity.
