Cumberland police are seeking help from the public in identifying a motorcyclist who struck an officer working a traffic detail last month.
The incident occurred near the Diamond Hill Rotary, and the officer involved was directing traffic when he was hit.
The officer was not injured.
The motorcyclist was reportedly speeding and riding recklessly prior to the incident; he then proceeded onto Interstate 295 North.
