Man Fired, Arrested For Hiding Camera Inside Hospital Employee Bathroom

A former employee of Hasbro Children's Hospital has been arrested and charged with video voyeurism.

Forty-seven-year-old Jason Baker is accused of placing a hidden camera with an USB wall charger inside a staff bathroom.

A colleague discovered the camera on Tuesday; after its removal, Providence police conducted a sweep of every restroom in the facility but found nothing more.

The bathroom in question is locked, and used by staff only.

Baker was arrested on Wednesday and reportedly admitted to placing the camera.

A hospital spokesman says Baker was fired after his arrest.

More charges are expected, as the investigation continues.
