The Rhode Island man accused of kidnapping and victimizing an elderly woman in Pembroke, Massachusetts is facing upgraded charges.
Michael Guerrero has been charged by a grand jury in Superior Court on related charges that include carjacking, kidnapping and indecent assault and battery on a 60-plus or disabled person.
Police say on September 14th, a 75-year-old woman left her wallet at 99 Restaurant, but when she went back, the restaurant was closed.
A man claiming to be a valet allegedly said he would drive her to the back of the restaurant, but he away with the woman and told her to perform lewd acts, saying he had a gun.
He eventually pulled over and fled on foot. Video surveillance from outside of the restaurant led police to Guerrero.
