Hopkinton Woman Held Without Bail Following Deadly Pedestrian Crash

The Hopkinton woman charged in a deadly pedestrian crash has been ordered held without bail.

Police say Shannon Godbout was behind the wheel of a vehicle that struck and killed 70-year-old Rory Macleod while he was walking his dog last weekend.

She faces charges that include driving to endanger resulting in death and possession of narcotics with intent to deliver.

Godbout's case began in District Court, however her record of more than 100 arrests led to the case being moved to Superior Court.
