The Providence City Council Committee on Public Works wants to hear from the DPW about snow removal.
Mayor Brett Smiley's administration has faced harsh criticism from residents and businesses about preparedness, plowing and removal after the January 25th, storm that dropped about two feet of snow.
The Department of Public Works Director Patricia Coyne-Fague and other staff have been "invited" to appear before the committee today at 5:30 p.m.
