A federal judge is allowing a lawsuit against the Trump administration over student visas to proceed.
Last year, the administration revoked thousands of international student visas.
On Friday, U.S. District Court Senior Judge Patti B. Saris ruled the suit may continue on all counts.
The lawsuit targets US Attorney General Pam Bondi, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and DHS and ICE leaders.
A DHS spokesperson said the ruling delays justice and undermines the President's constitutional powers.
