A Cranston man has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting in Providence.
Eighteen-year-old Charles Ortiz is accused in the shooting death of a man who was riding a three-wheel motorcycle on Swift Street overnight Monday.
Twenty-year-old Joseph Ramos suffered a gunshot to the head, and he was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Ortiz is facing charges that include murder, conspiracy to commit murder, drive-by shooting, discharging a firearm while committing a crime of violence and reckless driving.
