Clancy spoke publicly for the first time on Tuesday and told the judge she understood the agreement.
Her defense says the stipulation covers the handling of evidence and could eliminate testimony from dozens of witnesses.
A surgeon testified that Clancy's neck and wrist wounds were superficial, while her spinal fractures were complex.
Clancy has pleaded not guilty to three first-degree murder charges, arguing postpartum mental illness made her not criminally responsible.
