Rhode Island State Police have arrested a fourth person after last month's traffic crashes and brawl on I-95 in Pawtucket.
Daniel Rodriguez is charged with two counts of disorderly conduct and he's been arraigned and released pending a future court date.
Last week, Preston Guertin, Marcus Robinson and Leonardo Brito were taken into custody.
The arrests stem from a July 5th incident that was caught on a traffic camera.
