Here's my inner fitness freak coming out.... Be happy with your body because at the end of the day its the one thing that's constantly supporting you. I've never been truly happy with my body but exercise has helped me to love it. I may not be anywhere near my goals but I'm seeing positive change. I look at pictures from last year and today and see a huge difference. Anything is possible if you put your mind to it, so keep going. Also listen to your body; if it needs rest, give it that. You won't see results if you're constantly fatigued.
