Two lawmakers in RI put forward identical legislation that could pave the way for legal recreational marijuana use and sales in the Ocean State. There could be up to 33 pot shops allowed to open and hopefully it'll be soon. Marijuana has never been difficult to get and the idea of some regulation as well as tax revenue from the plant is long overdue. RI has a tendency to wait on these opportunities and often misses the bus on the potential positive financial impacts from things like this. se legalized gambling.
