Did you know Eddie Vedder was working on a new solo album? Well he was. Or is. I mean, it already has a title so I'd imagine that it's just about done! The new album is called "Earthling" which is great! I mean...what a time to be messing around with words like that! With all the documents and footage being released of UFO's and such...I imagine this is Eddie's ode to extraterrestrials.

Anyway, back to the new song! It's called "Long Way". It's really good. Eddie almost has this David Bowie vocal thing going on. It's subtle, but it's there. Just listen for it. And the song itself feels very Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers t o me. Like he's channeling Petty here.
