Imagine you are given an opportunity to win $10,000 to remake a movie in 60 seconds. Could you do it?
A group of Canadian filmmakers, called Folks Films, recreated the movie Alien in 60 seconds. They were taking part in the Canadian "10K One Minute Movie" contest. Which seems self-explanatory. But remember, you have to remake an entire movie in 60 seconds. And you're attempting to win $10,000, so you don't want to use a huge budget to get this done!
What makes this 60 second remake so awesome, is that the Folks Films crew used all household items to recreate the film. They hit on the majority of the major scenes in the movie. And they did it all with a baseball mitt, some ketchup, spaghetti, ground meat (are you starting to get the picture here) and a few other items they had at home.
