Another Daytona Bike Week has come and gone. The totals this year for injury/death look like this:
6 bikers killed
88 bikers sent to trauma center
I'm not sure where that puts them on the chart for years past but those numbers seem slightly high.
One of those bikers in the trauma center may have been this gentleman. A guy who has learned the life lesson of, when it's man vs, drawbridge, drawbridge usually wins.
I feel like this was a valiant effort on the part of the biker. I can see where his head was at. "Look at that little bump - I got this!". Unfortunately, he didn't. Also, he was carrying a trailer attachment and that may have been his downfall in the video below.
