When you buy an item and it's faulty, people are often more than willing to spend the time to return it. Like me. I'd return it. In fact, I just returned a couch. But, the company I purchased the couch from came to my house and picked it up. Because that's how you make good on things.
In this case, a guy ordered pine straw (sort of like a mulch used instead of wood chips). The pine straw was filled with sticks and leaves so he contacted the company to return the item. They directed him to bring it back to the store. All 240 square feet of pine straw that had been unrolled and placed in his yard. So this was obviously a difficult task to say the least. Like how would you even get it there?
