Oh cool...here's something new to worry about! Zombie freakin' DEER!!!! And no...this is not a new horror movie plot, but I feel like Stephen King has written about this before.
There are some towns in Ohio that are dealing with what locals are calling Zombie Deer. Scientifically speaking, the deer have been infected with Epizootic Hemorrhagic disease (EHD). You can tell an animal has EHD when there's blood coming out of its eyes, it shows no fear of humans and appears disoriented (awesome). EHD is spread by a no-see-um bite and there's currently no treatment. So I'm guessing they put the deer down or "euthanize" the deer.
