I hate to be picky.....I mean I was very happy with the 8-4 win last night....but the inning after Nunez hit his 3 run HR, I thought the Sox could've gotten more.....( I know Eric Gagne has fixed Craig Kimbrell, but the more runs we give him in the 9th the better....)...In the 8th inning, Sandy Leon starts the inning off with a single....JBJ comes up.....they have the shift on....the 3rd baseman is playing almost at the 2nd base bag.....can Jackie lay down a bunt against the shift to give us first and second with nobody out?.....instead he swung away and struck out.....Turns out they didn't need it....but if they are going to give it to you...why not take it....That being said, everything else Alex Cora has done has turned out pretty well....so I will spend the rest of the day praying that global warming blows through Boston tonight so David Price doesn't get numbness in his hands from the cold weather.....
