I know this was probably the most unlikely of the 6 Super Bowl titles under BB.......After the back to back losses to Miami and Pittsburgh I sure didn't expect to see them still standing at the end of last night's game
But when BB spoke to the media and said that everyone counted them out, it may have been a bit of a stretch.....
Sure everyone knew the Pats were vulnerable......and they were.....
They knew the Pats could be had....and they could...
But I don't think any of the other NFL teams really wanted to play the Patriots in the playoffs....
Do you think the Chargers felt good about coming to Gillette?
Do you think Andy Reid was comfortable to play host to BB and his guys?
You know the Rams were rooting for the Chiefs in the AFC Title game....
Yes the Patriots had their issues during the season and before it....it was not smooth and often it was not fun....
But when you have won 5 titles in 17 years at that point....and had 3 other SB appearances....you are definitely not counted out from winning number 6
