I'm trying my best to be a good citizen but the ProJo is making it tough.
If you’re the Providence Journal, like newspapers all over the country, you are fighting for your life… doing everything possible to convert previous paper readers into online subscribers, right? Well, that’s what I am..along with some other publications.. and I’ve got to say that…how many years have they had an online service? 15? 20? They are an absolute failure at making it easy to access. I have an account and, I swear to God, every other time I log in to read a story from projo.com the banner pops up that asks, "Are you a subscriber?" And then you’ve got to go through a few steps to finally get to the story…. No other subscription service I have does that more than once every few months… The Providence Journal literally does it every other time I log on.
Dear ProJo, You better make the online experience better or your digital will go the way of your print. You suck… fix it!
