Earliest Known Recording Of Aerosmith Sounds Great On Vinyl

The earliest known recording of Aerosmith, back in 1971, is now out on vinyl. It’s called "The Road Starts Hear".

The band members aren’t sure if it was recorded at a sound check before a club show or in a dorm room at Boston University BUT Joe Perry says he likes what he hears: "Sometimes I wish we sounded this good now. So, I think this is a really good representation of what the band sounded like and frankly, I'm really surprised it sounded as good as it does because there were no overdubs, no mixing, nothing."
