David Lee Roth Talks The Early Days Of Van Halen In Latest Podcast

In the latest episode of his podcast, David Lee Roth reminisced about the early days of Van Halen when the guys in the band were their own roadies (they wore their stage clothes UNDERNEATH their road crew jumpsuits). Roth also said that, back in the day, Alex Van Halen was the biggest and the baddest dude in the band and if a promoter or manager tried to short-change them, Roth would say, "Give me the extra 50 bucks or I'm sending Alex in here!" He said it worked every time. Hear "The Roth Show" podcast HERE.
