Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull says he’s always buying music and has recently found some artists who’ve been around almost as long as he has. He said he vaguely knew the band Foreigner, but got deep into their music just a couple of years ago and came to the conclusion that their lead singer, Lou Gramm, is “the greatest rock and roll tenor voice of all time.” He jokingly added that he’s glad Lou doesn’t play the flute or he’d be irrelevant.
