Many casual Van Halen fans may never have heard this once B-side song "Crossing Over". I am not a "casual" Van Halen fan. I'm more of a, say, "completely obsessed" Van Halen fan. And those who share that obsession with me firmly believe this awesome track should have made it onto the "Balance" album. Alas, it did not, but it has been remastered for the upcoming VH box set and it sounds better than ever. And the genius of the complexity of its composition is even more apparent.
