Why Hasn't Van Halen Sold Their Catalogue? Well, Lots of Reasons

Well a TON of rock artists have sold the rights to their music catalogues but why hasn't Van Halen? Well, there's a lot of different members not seeing eye-to-eye but Sammy Hagar and Michael Anthony say they want control over what commercials could use their songs. Sammy said some situations are fine... he said that the Cadillac commercial that used Led Zeppelin's Rock and Roll was a perfect marriage!
