Sammy Hagar's Hollywood Walk of Fame Star Ceremony

Sammy Hagar was honored yesterday with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Of course, as a Van Halen fanatic, I'm biased, but I can easily make a case that Sammy is deserving of this recognition. Not just for the Van Halen years. The guy has been a musical force in many incarnations for decades. His true passion for music has made him extremely prolific creatively and he is CLEARLY having a good time onstage, in the studio, whatever. And man, the dude is an extremely ambitious, driven business man. And given that he grew up in poverty, he has used a great deal of his wealth, resources, and influence to give back to various communities and individuals in need. Congrats to the Red Rocker!
