Check out this cool, impromptu live cover of "I Won't Back Down" that Eddie Vedder did solo at a recent Pearl Jam show. Apparently he told the crowd before the song that, when picking out guitars for Pearl Jam's "Dark Matter" tour, a guitar that Tom Petty himself gifted to Vedder, "spoke to him." Great tribute from Eddie to Petty and, no, we did not realize that rhymed until we typed it, and will therefore not apologize for it if you found it corny. Go find something else to complain about.
