Journey's Neal Schon and Jonathan Cain once again simply cannot get along, and how they manage to work and tour together is beyond us.

Cain has officially filed yet another lawsuit against his bandmate, once again claiming he is being extremely reckless with the band's American Express card.

According to papers filed in Delaware's Chancery Court, Schon has maxed out the account with a one-million-dollar limit by exceeding a daily hotel fee cap of $1,500 by spending "up to $10,000 per night."

On top of that, the suit claims that debt payments have been blocked, and they couldn't pay their crew and production company on their current stadium tour with Def Leppard.

Schon has not commented on this suit, which is the second time Cain has filed a lawsuit due to overspending. The first was in 2022.

See the court documents filed for the lawsuit HERE.
