NY Street Named After Gene Simmons. Will He Charge Fans To Drive On It?

KISS' Gene Simmons was honored by Niagara Falls, NY and North Tonawanda with a Key to the City for both municipalities and a street named "Gene Simmons Blvd" in Niagara Falls.
