Sammy Hagar and Michael Anthony Say "Big Announcement" Coming Next Week

Sammy Hagar posted a video of himself and former Van Halen bassist Michael Anthony with the caption, "Big announcement coming up next week. The Best of All Worlds band. We are up to something." Check out the IG post HERE.

In the video, Hagar and Anthony are seen recording. Hagar has said in the past that he wants to record new music, in the spirit of Van Halen, with his current band, which is rounded out by guitarist Joe Satriani and drummer Jason Bonham.

Sammy and his "Best of All Worlds" bandmates toured the U.S. this past summer and did three dates in Japan in September. The show consisted largely of Van Halen material from Hagar's time with the band.
