David Lee Roth Plays M3 Fest, Performs 16 VH Tunes, Some Almost Decent

David Lee Roth got back onstage this past Saturday for his first show since March, 20, 2020 when he opened for KISS in Lubbock, Texas. of course, that occurred after he insisted in 2022 that he was retiring. 

Appearing at the M3 Festival in Columbia, Maryland, Diamond Dave said, "We've reached the end of my first retirement. How many retirements did Rocky have, nine?" 

Roth delivered his best attempt at a 16-song set of all Van Halen songs. Helping him and his four-piece band present the songs were four male background singers.
