Alex Van Halen and Steve Lukather Collaboration Rumors Are True

Looks like the buzz last March that had Toto guitarist Steve Lukather and Alex Van Halen working together is true. Alex was on former Iron Maiden drummer Nicko McBrain's Metal Sticks podcast, saying, “I’m getting ready to do this record with Lukather and a couple of other people. It should be exciting.”

Asked if they started rehearsing yet, Alex said, "We don't need to rehearse."

We're still waiting for details since news of their collaboration first broke last March in the Netherlands. At the time, it was reported that Lukather would be assisting Alex on unfinished recordings of his late brother Eddie.
