The hospital gown Kurt Cobain famously wore during Nirvana's headlining set at Reading Festival 1992 is up for auction. The gown is part of the Marvels of Modern Music Auction and is estimated to be worth $50,000 or more. Cobain wore the hospital gown to make fun of the rumors about his health. He also was pushed onto stage in a wheelchair. Nirvana’s set at the festival is still one of the band’s most famous live performances. It was even released as a concert film and live album in 2009.
