This DoorDash employee is turning heads. And wallets!
Recently, a TikTokker has posted about what she calls "the cutest DoorDasher". She watched her Ring doorbell as an elderly man delivered her food. After posting the video and racking up almost 2 million views, she got to thinking; "shouldn't he be enjoying his retirement?"
After reaching out to DoorDash, Annabelle reached out to Kerry (the elderly DoorDash employee) to find out more. Kerry explained that his wife passed away in 2011 and he was working to make ends meet for himself and his 2 older kids. Annabelle then started a GoFundMe page for Kerry to assist him financially. She feels like he should be enjoying retirement at this point in his life, not schlepping food to able bodied youngster's people's doors.
