Dave Grohl has finally addressed that lawsuit by the guy who was the nude baby on the cover of Nirvana's Nevermind album. He made two great points; A) the guy's parents were paid for their baby's photo shoot and B) in Grohl's words, "Listen, this dude has a 'Nevermind' tattoo, I don't!"
