Remembering Tom Petty Five Years After His Passing

It was five years ago yesterday, October 2nd 2017, that we all felt the devastating blow with the unexpected death of Tom Petty. He was 66. The L.A. County Coroner said a number of his organs failed due to "mixed drug toxicity,” most of it prescribed as he dealt with a broken hip and emphysema…and, as we all know, Petty was a big proponent of marijuana.. he once said it helped him receive melodies from 'cosmic lines!'
