Eddie Van Halen Was Open To Role In Last "Bill & Ted" Movie Before Death

In a recent interview, actor Alex Winter revealed that Eddie Van Halen was asked to make a cameo in every "Bill & Ted" movie but that he always turned the offers down - until the last "Bill & Ted" film was being made. At that point, Eddie told the filmmakers that he would have wanted to do a cameo in that film as he was a fan off the franchise, but that he was unfortunately too sick at that point to participate. According to Winter, Eddie did not reveal at the time that he was actually close to passing away. Fast forward to the 7-minute mark in this interview to hear the Eddie Van Halen-related content.
